早上空腹用凉开水冲开柚子蜜,慢慢喝下.
蜂蜜水有调节肠胃,促进肠蠕动的功效. 喝完蜂蜜水就去洗手间🚻坐一坐,养成定时排便习惯,对习惯性便秘有改善作用.

以前妈妈会买蜂王浆或冬蜜,早上让我先空腹吞下一勺,再慢慢用凉开水送服. 但是一勺蜂蜜实在太甜了,即使很顺滑还是觉得有点难咽.
相对来说我更喜欢蜂蜜水、柚子蜜,虽然功效有打折扣,但是好喝又养生.
ps:蜂蜜毕竟含有果糖成分,不要喝太多哦~
