#万能的牛角酱油系列之烤豆腐# 半盒老豆腐切块,泡一会儿水,沥干。碗中倒入1/4瓶酱油,加入适量油。豆腐用牙签扎小孔,放进碗里裹一层酱汁,在烤盘上码好。烤箱400℉,烤8-10分钟,取出翻面,再烤6-8分钟(喜欢吃辣的可以撒一些六婆辣椒粉,这个也是神器!)取出,撒葱花,完毕。自从get牛角酱油之后我已经懒得炒菜了😂什么都拿来烤,真的方便又好吃😋
