腊八节喝一碗暖暖的腊八粥🥣百变紫米牛奶
腊八节就要喝腊八粥呀!
我这个单纯是杂粮粥啦 加了红豆芸豆黑米黑白芝麻榛子松子杏仁 豆浆煮
(豆浆可以自己打,也可以买缺德舅的soy beverage 是纯的大豆和水,不是市面上常见的很多添加剂的soy milk)
豆类和黑米提前一碗浸泡,煮的话可以缩短很多时间哦!
用豆浆煮的话会自带甜甜的味道哦!也可以放点红枣枸杞一起煮感觉会很棒!
(方子我是参照了下厨房的豆浆杂粮粥)
加牛奶也好好吃!!!!满足!(以前上海有个叫阿姨奶茶的连锁 招牌就是血糯米奶茶)其实和满记的芒果黑米捞也是一个概念呀!超棒的!(吃不完的粥推荐你们这样吃呀!)
