自制芋圆🌟比鲜芋仙还好吃的芋圆
芋圆做起来其实超级超级简单的!
材料:
小红薯×2,小紫薯×2
奶粉30g,木薯粉适量,冰糖2-3块
红豆六把、椰汁或者牛奶(这个是用来做汤底的)
步骤:
1.红薯蒸熟碾碎,加适量木薯粉,可以少量多次的加,成团状即可
2.紫薯蒸熟碾碎,加奶粉和适量牛奶(因为紫薯比较干),少量多次加木薯粉,成团状即可
3.和好的红薯团、紫薯团分成5-6等分,搓成柱状,再搓成拇指粗细的条状,切开
4.芋圆下锅,住到芋圆浮起,捞起来放进冰水(凉水也可以),这样做出来的更Q弹
5.红豆+红豆1.5倍的水+冰糖,煮30分钟左右,加两罐椰汁(500ml左右)
6.最后把芋圆放入红豆椰汁就好啦
小tips
1.紫薯和红薯可以不用碾的太细,有一点点颗粒感会很好吃
2.可以用料理机把紫薯或者芋头+牛奶+淡奶油/炼乳打细,做成芋泥加在芋圆里🌟
真的很简单!唯一难的地方可能就是和面了😂而且比外面买的好吃~有时间的话就做起来吧!
