红红火火的喜茶【芝芝莓莓】
一直觉得美国这边的草莓特别不好吃,又不甜也欠草莓味,但是过年想吃就还是买了草莓做这款心心念念的芝芝莓莓!
绿茶底➕自制草莓酱➕草莓本人八颗➕冰块➕自制糖浆用破壁机打50s
500g草莓切小块和50g糖50g冰糖拌匀静置2小时,然后挤半个柠檬汁,倒入锅中中小火煮,记得不时搅拌。煮至粘稠后放凉,放入高温消毒过无水无油的罐子。(越浓稠保质期越久)
加了自制草莓酱的话草莓的味道就会很浓稠!
