午餐第二弹🥣
超简单低卡的乌冬面来了!!
材料:乌冬面(我用的是一款讚岐乌冬面只有200cal,透明蓝字包装,因为外面的包装丢了,所以忘了是哪个牌子的了😭),烹大师Hondashi的鱼粉一大勺,喜欢带点辣味的同学可以加点小米椒碎(我家没有了,所以这次没有用,但真的很好吃😋)、生抽
1.等水沸腾后放入一块乌冬面
2.加入一大勺烹大师,小半勺酱油
3.等待再次沸腾后尝一下味道,可以适量的加盐(因为烹大师本身就有咸味,所以口味不重的就不用加了)
4.出锅啦!!
ps:1.接受口感稍稍有点油的可以加点肥牛或响铃卷等等(肥牛加多了可以把煮出来的油用勺子去掉)
2.我没有加蔬菜是因为我觉的蔬菜的涩味会有点破坏口感,喜欢蔬菜的朋友可以加
