自制低油低糖的意大利脆饼!

为啥那么碎呢…因为寒假回去吃到了新加坡带回来的手信 实在太好吃了(跟着包装查出来其实是个名不见经传的小店)
好吃的点在于切的特别薄 酥脆且香
肯定没法用sunny的方子 好吃是好吃 就是碎的厉害 而且下次不打算用molasses了
再战再战!
55g即食麦片,60g全麦粉60g中筋粉1/2teaspoon泡打粉,各1/4teaspoon肉桂粉和苏打粉,
1个鸡蛋,10g油30ml蜂蜜pr枫糖浆or黑糖蜜,1/2teaspoon香草精,
40g水果干30g核桃干。
