滴,打卡第四天
今天是元宵节,小伙伴吃元宵/汤圆了咩
不知道你们吃没吃,但是我吃了(罪恶感UPUP(说好的减肥(汤圆我还加了酒酿(最近最爱
早餐吃的是玉米排骨汤煮的荞麦面(为了减低碳水的摄入加入了豆芽(绿豆芽100克才19卡(减肥好伙伴
午餐是自己用烤箱蒸的鱼,那么大的鱼我肯定一顿吃不完的
于是晚餐也是,不过晚餐加了一片全麦面包
然后清蒸鱼还剩下大概两顿的量
今天早上以及晚上出去暴走了
还是对今天的步数很满意的
回住所后,我跑了jio~超级舒服!
