第一次吃柳全螺蛳粉,即使有酸笋,它也出于意料的一点都不臭,不爱臭味的小伙伴们可以放心入了!毕竟螺蛳粉大家都吃得不少,具体的味道就不赘述。
它的辣椒油真的非常香,是有层次的那种香味。整袋放进粉中,辣度自然不低,一边嗦粉,一边被辣得嘶哈嘶哈,对于辣星人来说实在太过瘾。
这里还应该给腐竹包献上掌声,非常大一包,打开之后,小小方方的腐竹瞬间落下,在碗里堆成了一座小山,看着都非常满足!
粉也是很棒了,筋道得无话可说,一些软软塌塌的粉完全没法跟它比。

我是按袋子上的方法做的,不用泡也不用等太久,过程相当简单:
1. 烧水
2. 烧水过程中把除螺蛳酱以外的所有材料放进碗里
3. 水烧开后加粉,计时10min,用不粘锅的话此时不用管它。这个时候刷刷手机正好,煎个蛋也不错。
4. 10min后把刚才煮粉的水倒掉,加入500ml沸水(用那个附赠的神仙袋子量),加入螺丝肉酱包。煮2min
5. 面和汤加进刚才放了其他材料的碗里,开吃!
