格格的厨房 | 健康低油的清粥小菜 下雨天的绝配🥣
▪️今天也是健康的清肠的一天 男票昨晚喉咙痛 感冒了~于是我早上起来就做了青菜粥🥬想着不能再吃辣的了 喝点儿粥配点儿小菜和馒头也是很不错的! 而且在下雪天喝粥也超级暖❤️
▪️整餐都非常的清淡健康 也没什么油 毕竟男票要吃药感觉吃太油不太好! 炒了一个我们都很爱吃的山药木耳配莴笋(因为觉得要点儿绿色才好看😁) 山药炒出来脆脆的 木耳也是很有"肉感"两个一起口感是真的不错!
▪️然后炒了两颗杏鲍菇 没想到炒出来就这么点儿 加蒜片炒的 很香! 另外一小碗是自己泡的泡菜 配粥很开胃 脆脆的很酸爽!
