我的早餐打卡--火爆全国的肉松小贝可以每天吃
每晚刷抖音看着满屏的肉松小贝都饿的流口水,发誓回国一定要吃个够。
看了这篇,不用回国也可以天天吃肉松小贝!!
蛋糕部分
鸡蛋 4只
牛奶 40g
玉米油 40g
细砂糖 10g+30g
面粉: 40g
沙拉酱部分
蛋黄酱
炼乳
海苔芝麻
肉松
蛋糕的做法:
1. 准备两个无油无水的碗,将鸡蛋的蛋白和蛋黄分离
2. 蛋黄加入10克砂糖,搅拌均匀后加入色拉油和牛奶继续搅拌均匀
3.面粉过筛
4. 打发蛋清:用搅拌器搅拌到光滑无颗粒状态,搅拌的时候切勿打圈,这样会使蛋糕起劲,不利于蓬发,用十字搅拌
5.白砂糖分三次加入,第一次用电动打蛋器打至粗泡加入1/3砂糖,继续搅打至出现白色细泡时加入1/3糖,打至有奶油纹路时,加入最后一次砂糖,最后搅打至能拉出完整的尖角即可啦
6. 分三次把蛋白霜加入蛋黄糊,每一次都搅拌均匀了再加入下一批,要用翻拌的手法,一定要从下往上翻拌,这个姿势很重要,可不要随意搅拌,不然消泡最后蛋糕就不蓬松啦
7. 烤盘垫油纸,倒入蛋糕糊,用刮刀刮平整
8. 在此之前预热烤箱350度,入烤箱中层烤20分钟,这个根据自己烤箱调整,上色后注意观察,颜色合适就可以取出来了
9.晾凉,最好直接用另一个烤盘也铺好油纸,两个一颠倒就好啦
烤好的面包就长这样:!!!!!
9. 用圆形模具切成圆形小面包
10.调沙拉酱:将蛋黄酱和炼乳放在一起搅合搅合,因为这个牌子的蛋黄酱有点咸,放点炼乳会中和这个咸味。
10. 先在一片蛋糕上抹上沙拉酱,然后取另一片,黏住,然后在上部和底部涂满沙拉酱
11.在充满肉松,海苔,芝麻里面尽情翻滚
当当当!!!!肉松小贝就好啦
我一般都是睡前做好,第二天早上一起来就可以吃啦
不过这么做也有个弊端就是,可以根本留不到第二天早上,哈哈哈
