减肥-滴,打卡第二十二天
早餐-滴~打卡第五天
今天早餐是沙茶炒乌冬(我加了超级多东西~然后导致于最后乌冬没吃完就饱了
午餐没有,因为去了costco,各种试吃,什么鸡肉蔬菜丸子,云吞面,鸡肉pasta等等
在whole food买的苹果派还吃了几个(不好吃……并没有多少苹果馅,想吃costco的!但是太大盒了
在炖鸡汤的时候我在拆costco的烤鸡的时候,我还吃了几口烤鸡来着(嘿嘿
然后下午四点多就饿了
我就用炖的鸡汤煮了一碗鸡汤面
超级好吃~
新买的盘子装水果真好看
我现在就把饮食尽量控制在八个小时之内(因为要期末我也懒得动
