😈测评:猪肉香菇包
第三个测评的产品是吉美的茶花菇,我的冰箱基本已经清空了,没有什么蔬菜了,所以我准备用猪肉做一次肉包子~
茶花菇需要24小时的时间来泡发,蘑菇会变得胖嘟嘟的,而且香味浓郁,很好闻,先不要把蘑菇水倒掉,后面准备馅的时候可以用哦~
🌸然后准备包子馅:
瘦猪肉切碎,加入切碎的茶花菇,加入切好的青葱,倒入一点热油,生抽,老抽,盐,蘑菇水,拌匀。
🌸准备面团:
300克面粉,180克水,10克糖,4克酵母,揉成团,发酵30分钟,这时候的面团光滑不粘手。
🌸把面团分成24个小剂子,用擀面杖擀平,然后就可以包包子了!
