「食谱」直击灵魂的珍珠奶茶千层蛋糕(附原料+详细步骤)
之前做过简易版珍珠奶茶爆浆蛋糕,好吃到哭
和室友朋友一人一块,刷刷分完了都没吃过瘾
这次的神器--煎饼果子机到手
首先想到的就是我的奶茶系列!!!
珍珠奶茶千层蛋糕完美的融合了奶茶的清香,奶油的浓厚和珍珠的Q弹
不管是朋友聚餐还是自己做下午茶
妥妥的吸睛叫好第一名🏅️
🌸步骤
✨煮奶茶酱
1. 先用牛奶中小火煮红茶,沸腾后小火煮10分钟
2.取出茶包,倒入剩余材料,搅拌均匀,一直搅拌,直到黏稠
✨做千层
1. 鸡蛋,糖和油混匀后筛入面粉,搅拌均匀后加入牛奶
2. 过筛
3. 煎饼果子机中火,可摊21张(6寸)
4. 用6寸蛋糕模具压边,然后放凉
✨组合
1. 奶油打发至6成,加入奶茶酱,打至均匀
2. 珍珠煮熟放入冷水降温然后取出备用
3. 一层饼皮一层奶茶奶油,直至完成
4. 放入冰箱冷藏

面粉吸水性和煮奶茶蒸发率不同,每个人做稍有差异,请自行调整
