柠檬🍋凤爪
今天的午饭是柠檬凤爪+西虹市炒鸡蛋
柠檬凤爪做法:
鸡爪洗干净去指甲,每一个碎成两到三块
放入冷水中,大火烧开10分钟
放入冷水浸泡
调料:老抽 生抽 酱油 醋 鸡精 盐 糖 柠檬片 葱段 蒜泥 加入少许矿泉水搅拌均匀 (这里买不到小米椒 就忽略这一样了)
洒在煮开冷却的鸡爪上
注:可根据个人口味放柠檬片和醋,以及辣椒和辣椒油
很爽口的凉菜,适合夏天~
