# 燃烧卡路里大作战 #滴,打卡第1天。
先立个减脂Flag~
爱吃真的比较容易胖,锻炼都是为了更好的吃。。。所以买食物的时候我会尽量在源头上,就掐住卡路里、脂肪、纳、糖等等的含量。
同类型里选稍微健康的,比如低卡的龟苓膏(奶糖不加或少加,卡路里比较低)、果冻/蒟蒻、兰芳园港式奶茶(茶加炼奶,没有反式脂肪,糖含量6g,一杯170卡左右)。
爱吃的还是要减少量来满足下自己,主要控制一整天的摄入和消耗。如果不能吃爱吃的东西,生活有什么意义🤣。
为什么第1天卡就那么有经验呢,因为这是人生的第N次减脂,这次要改变的是运动量的增加和以后的持续性。。。以前破功尝尝是因为对饮食太严格,坚持不了多久。
