清炒蟹味菇
去亚超又买到了国产的蘑菇
在国内的时候最爱妈妈做的蟹味菇炒肉了
因为今天做了卤味
就直接做了清炒蟹味菇
和小红书上的小仙女学了一下
首先把蟹味菇的根除去,将蟹味菇洗净
取一只小碗
加入一勺生抽、没有生抽可以用酱油代替
再加入半勺蚝油、适量的白糖
加入100ml左右的水调成汁备用
切三片大蒜成蒜片
热锅冷油,➕蒜片炸香
然后加入洗净的蟹味菇
煸炒3分钟左右
