凉拌黄瓜:
1)黄瓜洗干净,切片还是切块随意
2)加盐抓拌,腌10分钟,挤干水分
3)加蒜末和红葱头,再加酱油,少量糖,陈醋,芝麻油拌匀即可,另加了点小辣椒提升鲜辣味.
