秋冬天最适合韩式泡菜锅了!中间做成骨汤,外面是韩式辣汤。
中间的骨汤可以买现成的骨汤调料,也可以自己提前熬制。我喜欢把拉面煮到不辣的汤里面,煮的时候上面再加上一篇芝士和鸡蛋。
❤️辣锅底的秘诀是用韩式辣酱加辛拉面的调味包最好再加高汤,之后加喜欢的蔬菜,出来的和饭店里一模一样!
