超快手坚果燕麦酥🍪|只要6种食材拌一拌‼️
有的时候吃完午饭下午嘴巴馋想吃零食……
于是这个50%含量都是芝麻酱的芝麻燕麦酥就这么诞生了_(:з」∠)_(因为家里没花生酱了我也不想的
65g任意坚果酱(花生 杏仁 mixnutButter 芝麻酱都可以都可以)
20g蜂蜜+香草精1tsp+肉桂粉适量(不爱吃也可以去掉)
混合 rolled oats40g+一小撮食盐(喜欢葡萄干或者果干可以切小粒加10g)
干湿混合以后用勺子整形成圆的,350F烤10min。
出炉放凉一会儿再吃不然会太软…
做这个肯定是不能期望有和普通什么酥啊什么饼干一样的口感和味道,如果坚果酱成分比较好的话做完应该是酥酥软软的口感。
因为坚果酱的营养密度高,所以做抗饿小零嘴很合适,一次性吃完反而会有点腻(虽然我每次做完全吃了…)
我觉得芝麻酱就是带着浓浓花生酱味道但是更稀一点的玩意(六必居的带点苦味,但是竟然还蛮……香蛮酥蛮抗饿der(关键是真的很快手…
混合食材➕洗工具大概就五六分钟……… 实力表白老板蒸烤箱…预热真滴是好快!!
