今天又包餃子了,這次包的是高麗菜豬肉餃子,我包的餃子一般都不放味精,也不放雞粉,調味我就喜歡用李錦記舊庄特級蠔油,加一些麻油,加一點蝦皮來提味,使用蠔油取待醬油,那就不怕包餃子的時候水分過多,容易破皮或不好包,你也可以試試看我的調味方法。
