# 疫情宅家 #推荐李锦记的黑椒酱,超级好用,而且非常方便,做出来基本就是国内西餐厅黑椒牛肉的味道。我特别喜欢黑胡椒的味道,所以出锅前又加了很多现磨黑胡椒增加了味道。
🌟这个黑椒酱非常粘稠而且比较咸,晚上我做两人份只用了2勺就够。
🌟腌牛肉的黑椒汁我就加水稀释了这个酱。
做法:
1. 牛肉切成条提前用小苏打,黑椒汁和玉米淀粉腌制20分钟左右。
2. 在一锅开水中加入乌冬面,简单煮2分钟左右捞出过凉水控干备用。
3. 锅内油烧至五成热后加入牛肉,炒至牛肉变色后捞出。加入葱段、蒜片,炒香后放入洋葱和青椒。之后将牛肉放回锅中,加入黑椒酱。再加入乌冬面。翻炒几下后即可出锅,出锅前根据咸淡加盐和现磨黑胡椒。
