# 开箱大吉 牛转钱坤 #
入冬吃鲜鱼-李锦记特级老抽x野生小嘴鲈红烧豆腐。
现在烧菜所有调料都来自YAMI 亚米 ,自从习惯了亚米,也懒得去亚超驮酱料回来了。用的加加金标生抽、海天蒸鱼豉油和李锦记特级老抽。每次酱料用完了都是随性买,牌子不定。比较下来喜欢海天的产品。
这几天还可以冰钓了。趁着新鱼到来之前(还不知道能不能钓到),先清一清冰箱。把夏天钓的鲈鱼烧了吃。
鲈鱼不愧是鲈鱼,即使冻了两三个月,味道依旧鲜美啊!今天做的是红烧鲈鱼豆腐,新鲜的食材只需要简单的烹饪方式嘛。
几个关键步骤:1.鱼处理完要用厨房纸把水吸干。2.用的Anolon不粘炒锅,倒入正常的油,鱼皮真是一点都不沾。3.豆腐尽早下锅,越煮越入味。啥都不说了,今天晚上继续钓鱼啦。
