石头饼是山西传统美食,制作时要把小饼铺在高温鹅卵石上,上面再盖一层石头,烤好后饼子表面会留下石头烤制的印记还有金黄的色泽。
记得当初看舌尖上的中国时,对石头饼印象深刻。有个把饼掰开的特写镜头,看起来特别酥脆好吃。
万万没想到在米国也能买到石头饼。这个海玉石头饼我在YAMI 亚米上回购过好几次了,饼干又香又酥脆,每一口都有浓浓的麦香。
