自制十三香巴山烤猪蹄,一点都不难哦。
YAMI 亚米 的王守义十三香就是万能调料呀,做什么菜都可以放一点,这次用它来烤猪蹄。
调料可以在卤好之后,烤的时候再撒上,也可以直接放在卤水里,我这次就直接在卤的时候放了
之前在饭店吃烤猪蹄被惊艳到,原来一点儿不复杂。自家做的还会更嫩更糯。
猪蹄过水洗净,然后放入卤水中。instant pot压个45min即可。
取出之后撒上孜然,进烤箱20min就好了。
因为卤水浓,所以味道全进去了,这胶原蛋白太棒啦。
