# Happy order Happy life! # This is the cold noodle from Shanxi China, when I watch Chinese TV series, I always wanted to try the traditional cold noodle from Shanxi. Then I found this on Yami. It has different flavor, mild, spicy, hot spicy and sour spicy. But I love the mild one. I will also customize a little. I recommend to add little more sugar and black vinegar would make it even more tasty!!! After the noodle, a milk tea would be a perfect “dessert”!!!
