食材
高蛋白类:虾仁/鱼肉/牛肉/鸡胸肉
根茎类蔬菜:胡萝卜、西兰花、芦笋、荷兰豆、芹菜
其他:蘑菇、木耳、豆腐等
做法:锅里喷一点油把肉类炒至变色,加入配菜翻炒一下,也可以按照蔬菜焖熟的快慢速度先后加入。盖锅盖焖5-6分钟至全熟。吃之前撒上海盐、黑胡椒。推荐大家加一些单山蘸水辣椒面,真的特别提味!
