# 亚米商城6周年 # I always like salted duck egg which is a traditional Chinese snack. I think it is more than a snack, but a appetizer comes with meal. Salted duck egg tastes salty, so that Chinese people usually eat this kind of duck egg with porridge or congee. Duck egg is a little bigger than chicken egg, the duck egg cracker usually looks with a hint of light green color. It always takes more than 2 weeks to make a perfect salted duck egg. What is a perfect one? See the picture 5, the egg yolk contains full of golden yolk oil, and the yolk tastes like soft beach sands. PERFECT! This is the first time I purchaed this duck egg product from Yamibuy, I believe I would re-purchase them for the second and third time.
