# 为所爱 放肆嗨 #亚米的台湾金然盏白油肠是我们家无限回购的。做了煲仔饭,太香了!
两个人吃一般三根白油肠就可以。腊肠吃起来有一丝甜味和酒香,不油不腻;米饭里混着白油肠的香味,锅巴嚼起来也很香!
步骤:
1⃣️生米洗净,清水浸泡半小时,之后放煲里加水(水量高过米0.5厘米),再加一小勺食用油混匀,盖锅盖开大火煮开后转小火焖煮。同时热水泡发一颗干香菇。
2⃣️腌制腊肉:半小勺生抽、胡椒粉,一勺姜丝与腊肉片拌匀,这样可以让肉更加入味。嫌麻烦的不腌也OK。
3⃣️调酱汁:一勺米酒,两勺生抽,一点糖和胡椒粉调成最后的淋汁。
4⃣️米饭快煮干还微湿时铺上腌好的腊肉,小火继续焖煮3分钟。这时候腊肉已经熟透,油分可以渗到米饭里。
5⃣️锅里放入泡好的香菇片、姜丝,均匀淋入3⃣️中调好的酱汁,撒上葱花盖盖子再焖一分钟,出锅。
这款白油肠不是特别甜口的那种,除了做煲仔饭,还可以切成小丁做炒饭,也非常好吃😋
