My friend recommended this cookie to me - “LaoYang” salt-yolk cookie, with individual package inside the box and has around 10 packages per box (I did not count).
It is salty for sure (it has named “salted” so that makes sense), but I would not consider that as a very salt flavor like some Chinese cuisines. This cookie is crunchy with a little creamy feeling (very light), and it overall a good snack at 11am or 4pm.
I would rate this cookie 80% since the flavor-kind is not really my style, my friend does like it a lot and this recommended to me.
