so far the best and fairly affordable Japanese udon I could find in the states! of cuz fresh frozen udon is the best but for dry udon I love this brand a lot. The instruction says to cook for 10 mins but I usually just do 9 mins, it'll be the perfect texture, not too hard and not soggy. Add your fav whatever sauce then YUM!
