I’m definitely a fried pungent beancurd lover. I had a lot of authentic black pungent beancurd in Hunan and really fell in love with it.
This one is not as “stinky“ as I expected. The taste is a little dull for me — not salty and spicy enough. I would prefer a stronger taste.
