我都是清洗乾淨後拿來燉甜湯或是煲肉湯也行,這款新疆大棗特別肉多,所以不用幾顆就很夠味。早上可以拿來做紅棗豆漿,拿個4顆做一大壺,這款新疆大棗特別甜啊!非常喜歡💕💕💕
我都使用 YAMI 亚米 買的九陽豆漿機給的方子:
這次做的是紅棗燕麥核桃露~20g大紅棗+40g燕麥+10g核桃+少量有機紅糖,水大概放1000-1100ml,使用「米糊」開始製作,30分鐘即可飲用~~
如果每人每天能吃4到5顆紅棗,所攝入維生素C就能滿足機體需要,多吃紅棗可提高機體免疫力,而紅棗富含的維生素P能擴張人體的毛細血管,對防治高血壓和心血管疾病極為有益。
此外紅棗還有以下功效:美容、抗過敏、解毒保肝、養血美顏、健脾、降低膽固醇、升高白細胞等喔!
