This cake is super soft and tastes lovely. It’s not too sweet and good for breakfast.
The so-called “seaweed sugar” in the title actually refers to trehalose, which is a sugar consisting of two molecules of glucose and exists in the nature. It is widely used in baking and can make bakery taste more soft and fluffy. However, it WON’T help you lose weight or have any additional benefits to your health. The calorie is pretty similar to regular sugar and it doesn’t taste as sweet as cane sugar. The calorie of this cake is not low at all.
