# 年货好物种草指南 # 6. 春丝上海阳春面。这个系列我试了三种了,唯一一款我可以推荐的就是这款了。我是当做牛肉面吃的,放在牛肉汤类配白切牛腱子肉片吃的…虽说细了点也不必兰州牛肉面店里现抻出来的好,但是能做成这样已经很好了,很接近了。很推荐尝试一下,特别适合做汤面吃。
另外谈一下图二图三两款不推荐的面。一个是没有什么太大特别的地方,倒是比一般一煮就烂掉的挂面强点,但是也还是挂面类型的山东拉面,另外一个就是完全的细软拉面,根名字的担担面也挂不上啥勾。
