# 年货好物种草指南 # 40. 德庄 牛肝菌菌汤火锅底料。这个和海底捞啊小肥羊之类的不一样。大概这就是牛肝菌的味?酱汁很像是稀释的棕色虾酱色,按要求放入1.1L的水,出来的汤汁味道很够,几乎不太需要蘸太多的火锅料。也不像小肥羊那种用的是粉末汤包,这个汤包都是液体的,吃着药鲜很多。有点像是去一些老东北的个人火锅店吃的味,跟连锁店不同的汤底,非常推荐过年来试一次(尤其是那只种喜欢过年去吃老北京铜锅的)。
