Each packet contains a bag of rice noodles and two packets of seasonings , namely vinegar and chili oil. The rice noodles only needs to soak in hot water for 5 or 6 minutes, then dry the water, add two packets of seasoning and stir well. I feel that the spiciness is medium, hot and sour!
