Mung bean filling is made from a mixture of mung beans and kidney beans.
I don’t know how the cake is made, there is cool effect on the tongue when taking the first bite.
The taste is delicate and soft.
But it's a little too sweet. The fragrance of mung beans is overwhelmed by the sweetness.
Highly recommend to match it with a cup green tea.
