This noodle soup is from Korea, one of their traditional food. The special part is this noodle suppose to eat cold. After remove noodle from plastic wrap, first need to separate the noodle gently, quickly cook in boiled water then put in cold water for few minutes. This process not only cook the noodle but also gives the elastic texture. Final step is combine cold soup and noodle together, then it’s ready to enjoy.
