This is called ‘River Snail Rice Noodle’, it’s a spicy & sour noodle dish, it has a distinctive fermented smell. There’s several toppings included in the package, like tofu skin, peanuts and bamboo shoot. I don’t like very spicy food, so I only added half of the chili oil and it was spicy enough for me. The rice noodles are surprisingly good with a bouncy firm texture.
