This seasoning is called BBQ marinade mix, mild flavor. I use it on chicken wings, it works very well together. I feel like I have to add more powder than recommended to marinade the meat enough. I use about half a jar of this for a 3-4 person batch. In China, KFC sells one dish called ‘New Orleans BBQ’, this marinade tastes very similar to it.
