Zaolu is a very southeastern seasoning in China. I never tried it before. One day my friend brought me a dish made with it. OMG it was so good. I bought a bottle on the spot and started to make my own zaolu everything! My only complaint is why the bottle cannot be resealed? Sometimes I just needed a little bit but have to figure out how to store the rest.
