春季养身粥品:
有时候没胃口的时候就煮上一锅皮蛋瘦肉粥🥣,清清爽爽,很舒服 !
先泡好米准备两个皮蛋,瘦肉,青菜🥬我喜欢再加点红萝卜🥕和香菇干!先把粥和香菇干煮上等快熟了再加入其它所有材料混合煮上几分钟就可以了!加点香油味道更棒哦!
