非常养生
因为本身牛仔骨 就很有营养
还加了洋葱辅助
而且煎的过程中
肥肉部分 就变成油了
不会摄入过多脂肪
白胡椒或者黑胡椒都可以
但是白胡椒 更好一点 更出味
