网上学的绿豆糕制作,来给朋友们做个分享~
🍦绿豆雪糕配方(约可做8根小号雪糕)
牛奶 170g
奶粉28g
白砂糖 38g
水饴 15g
木薯淀粉10g (或玉米淀粉)
黄油 10g
煮好的熟绿豆 120g
(想颜色更绿些可加少许抹茶粉或斑斓粉)
🔖做法超简单:
①先把绿豆煮到开花(泡也行,冷冻也行,网上
很多煮绿豆的方法随便搜),汤水最好收的干
点
②牛奶+奶粉+糖+水饴+淀粉,搅匀过筛,开小
火边煮边搅拌,至略有浓稠感即可(很快,两三
分钟),关火加黄油搅匀
3取120g 煮好的绿豆(只取豆粒,不要汤
水!),和奶酱一起用料理机或破壁机打到细腻
4倒入雪糕模具(记得插雪糕棍),冷冻隔夜即
可(速冻更佳)
