小二，五彩缤纷酸辣土豆丝给我来一盘！
这次来教大家让我连吃两碗饭的五彩酸辣土豆丝～！简单的中华家常菜～
这次用到的有亚米买的镇江香醋，即食米饭🍚和朝天干辣椒！！
把一个土豆🥔洗净，削皮，放入一个碗中，碗内装满没过土豆的水，浸泡5分钟，这样能保持土豆不会氧化，而且炒制过程中能保持脆脆的口感～
等土豆浸泡的过程中我们来准备半颗青椒，半颗红灯笼椒，半颗黄灯笼椒，一条葱白，两三颗蒜，和四五颗干辣椒。
干辣椒切段，其他切丝备用。
土豆切丝，切得越细越好，我刀工不行实在是对不起………蒜切碎备用。
起锅，倒入能铺满锅底的适量油，什么油都行就是不要动物油，油热了后，先炒香干辣椒，蒜和葱丝，然后再倒入土豆丝和青椒丝灯笼椒丝。
撒上适量的盐，加入陈醋，还可以加入少量酱油调下色，翻炒均匀，等到土豆丝没有白芯后，便可以出锅啦！！！！！
配上懒人必备即食米饭🍚，嘛嘛香～
