荷兰豆营养丰富,用蒜香的做法清脆可口,更加美味哦!
用料:荷兰豆,蒜,盐,油。
荷兰豆摘掉两边的细丝,洗净备用。蒜切成末。
准备一锅水,水开后加入一勺油,放入荷兰豆,变色后捞出。
另起锅,锅热后放入一勺油,倒入蒜末爆香,放入沥干水分的荷兰豆翻炒三十秒后加入一小勺盐调味,再翻炒三十秒,关火,摆盘,就大功告成啦!
焯水能很大程度保留荷兰豆的营养,蒜香的做法能进一步凸显荷兰豆原本的味道,有时间不妨一试哦!
