放破壁机的时候整锅包括水也放进去吗

做法:绿豆和水1:2,大火煮开转小火,煮到可以轻轻用手碾碎的程度,放入料理机打成顺滑的糊糊,如果太干可以加水,之后倒入锅里炒,我用的是陶瓷不粘锅,翻炒到略微定型,不要太干,不然绿豆糕容易裂开,如果太稀了也不容易凝固。炒好后放入容器,不需要涂抹油或者垫东西,直接倒进去,整理表面,盖上盖子或保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏一晚,第二天扣出来就成型了,喜欢吃甜的可以在煮绿豆的时候放糖,如果喜欢其他口味比如桂花,可以煮桂花水在料理机搅拌的时候加进去。不放糖也可以,最后切块之后可以浇上蜂蜜😋😋
