麻小 之 麻辣烫版

说重点：值得买买买！！！辣承受能力一般的小伙伴慎入。无论加多少水都辣。

推荐解辣饮料：王老吉，椰汁，奶茶，冰镇果汁，柠檬茶
烹饪方式：
1. 请务必常温解冻，且至少需要个把小时，请提前2-3小时从冰柜拿出来。
2. 加料需要单独煮好放入，本参考：毛肚、黄喉、黄瓜、白菜、土豆、海带结、腐竹、红薯粉
3. 还有点儿冰的时候可以电磁炉开到中小档，加热小龙虾，看到微微有水蒸汽的时候，把小龙虾单独捞起，加适量：水/开水、盐巴
4. 大火和其他食材煮开，一、两分钟入个味就好，加入小龙虾及黄瓜等
5. 继续咕嘟咕嘟三分钟，起锅、开吃。
*注：Daiso 100抽 塑料手套，你值得拥有；粉捞起来加点镇江香醋，那就是一碗火锅粉/酸辣粉。
这个麻辣小龙虾是真辣，辣到耳根子。辣得爽！一盒小龙虾能有小半锅。分量很给力，味道也童叟无欺！小龙虾很新鲜，把头拧下来，一吸，肉就到嘴里了。看虾黄，也十分新鲜。肉质Q弹。个头适中，钳子里能吃出肉。
