看到小二晒青团才想起来是清明节啦,发一波去年做的健康版网红蛋黄肉松青团,少油少蛋黄酱,虽然有几个有点破相。
肉松也是自己做的所以可能卖相不太好,但味道完全o98k。皮子加了青汁和一丢丢色素,糯米粉和粘米粉5:1比例做出来一点都不粘牙。
我其实还没尝过正宗的网红什么味道,感觉应该比这个口感湿润,过几天考完试再做一次不健康版的哈哈哈。材料其实亚米都买的到呢
